Active subscribers are explicitly granted a commercial license to use CatalystPro's pricing data, search tools, margin calculators, and purchase cart features in their day-to-day business and commercial operations—including scrap yards, catalytic converter recycling businesses, auto dismantling facilities, and core buying operations.
Under this license, you may not:
CatalystPro offers a 7-day free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription ($24.99/month unless otherwise stated at checkout). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page prior to the end of your trial or billing period to avoid future charges.
The materials on CatalystPro's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. CatalystPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Precious metal spot prices and catalytic converter values provided by CatalystPro are derived from laboratory ICP/XRF assay testing and live market feeds for informational and commercial buying guidance. Because commodity markets and smelter recovery terms fluctuate, CatalystPro is not liable for financial losses incurred based on market volatility or individual lot variations.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (including unauthorized scraping or credential sharing).
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
